How it Works
Select from a variety of plant-based hot meals, salads, soups or snacks, prepared conscientiously with fresh and local products. Several meal kits are also available. Meals vary from week to week.
Confirm your order before midnight on Friday so that your meals can be prepared and ready on the following Tuesday.
Pick up your meals between noon and 7 p.m. in Embrun and Vankleek Hill or between 4:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. in Rockland on the Tuesday of the following the date of your order.

Penne Salad with Feta
Penne, red cabbage, corn, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, black olives, marinated feta flavoured tofu and fresh basil. Homemade italian vinaigrette.

“Sweet Tooth” Salad with balsamic vinegar dressing
A delicious mix of olive oil and lemon marinated kale, greek spices marinated tofu, blueberries, caramelized pecans, grated beets, pears, butternut squash and pumpkin seeds. Served with an oil and balsamic vinegar dressing.

Comforting Autumn Spices Buddha Bowl with a Creamy Apple Cider Vinegar Dressing
A mix of roasted butternut squash, chickpea and apple seasoned with spices (turmeric, nutmeg and cinnamon) with marinated kale and pumpkin seeds on a bed of quinoa. Served with a cashew, apple cider vinegar and green onions vinaigrette.

Comforting chili for the cold weather! Tomato base, soy protein, kidney beans, corn, peppers, celery, arugula shoots. Served with corn chips.
Kale Salad with Apple and Roasted Beets
A mix of kale, roasted sweet potatoes and beets, apple pieces, pumpkin seeds, red onions and chickpeas. Served with an apple cider vinegar vinaigrette.

Shawarma Buddha Bowl
Chickpeas seasoned with greek flavours, homemade tabbouleh, tomatoes, cucumbers, pickled turnips and red onions on a bed of quinoa. Tahini-lemon vinaigrette.

Halved pepper stuffed with rice, black beans, tomato-basil sauce, onion, coriander, spinach, garlic and spices. Simply add the cashew and sweet potato cheese sauce and heat up in the oven. Once cooked, add the salsa and you’re done!
The Asian Bowl
Brown rice with garlic and sesame marinated tempeh, shredded carrots, cucumbers, green onions, peppers, cherry tomatoes and pea shoots. Garlic and sesame vinaigrette.
